40 Xbox games to launch with Windows 8

// September 3rd, 2012 // Gaming

You can rest assured that Microsoft is beginning to consolidate its Windows family into a common line, and that common line includes their Xbox gaming console.  Microsoft has announced that 40 games will launch with Windows 8 next month.

On October 26, games like Pac-Man Championship Edition DX, Fruit Ninja, Angry Birds, Dragon’s Lair, Kinectimals Unleashed, and many more will be available with the same kind of gaming experience that Xbox users have come to expect. That means they’ll have achievements, leaderboards, and the ability to play online with others.

This is actually a pretty cool development.  Imagine being able to play your Xbox game library on you console, computer, laptop, tablet, and mobile phone…
