ASUS announced its new VivoTab RT, running Windows RT, will be available on October 26 starting at $599 for 32GB model and $699 for the 64GB version (sorry, but we’re going to see these Windows 8/RT devices priced too high for a while longer). The VivoTab RT is pretty much the equivalent of the popular Android-based Transformer tablet except it runs Windows RT.

The tablet sports the popular 600-nit Super IPS+ display, quad-core T30 Tegra 3 chip, 2GB RAM, 8 megapixel rear camera with f/2.2 lens, USB 2.0 port, 9-hour battery, and yes, the keyboard dock is included (the keyboard can also be purchased separately).
