Motorola provides details on their $100 rebate program for phones that won’t get Jelly Bean upgrade

Motorola released details on their promised $100 rebate for phones that cannot or will not be upgraded to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. The following handsets will be eligible for the upgrade (provided they upgrade to one of the qualifying phones listed below): Droid 3 by Motorola, Droid X2 by Motorola, Motorola Atrix 4G, Motorola Atrix 2, Motorola Admiral, Cliq 2 by Motorola, Motorola Milestone 3, Motorola Milestone X2, Motorola Electrify, Motorola Photon 3G, Motorola Xprt, Motorola Titanium or the Motorola Triumph.

Phones that will qualify for the $100 rebate, meaning you have to purchase one of these phones to receive the rebate: Motorola Atrix HD, Droid Razr M by Motorola, Droid Razr HD by Motorola, Droid Razr Maxx HD by Motorola, Motorola Electrify 2 or the Motorola Photon Q.

And as we detailed earlier, these phones are on track for Jelly Bean upgrades in the near future: Droid Razr M, Droid Razr HD, Droid Razr Maxx HD, Atrix HD, Photon Q, Electrify 2, Droid Razr, Droid Razr Maxx, Droid 4 and the Droid Bionic.
