This is what you get when you pour hot molten aluminum into an anthill and dig out the result

The guys over at Anthill Art are creating some very interesting art pieces by using molten aluminum to fill the vast tunnels and chambers of an ant nest. What you end up with is a beautifully intricate aluminum sculpture which is then mounted on a wooden base for display.
